Beautiful hotel, fantastic rooms, pool in the jungle, good food, fantastic staff, convenient location.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! This place is situated on top of a hill with views of the rain forest that are absolutely breathtaking. Plus, it's only a stone's throw away from downtown, making it convenient to explore the city. The service was exceptional - the room service was quick and the housekeeping was impeccable. I especially appreciated the medical facilities on site, as well as the laundry services. The shuttle service made transportation a breeze. Another highlight was the welcome drink that I received upon arrival. The tours/ticket assistance was also a plus, as it made my trip planning easier.

If you're a family, this is the perfect place for you!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning and showers. the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the nearby attractions such as ATM, Xunantunich, and cave tubing. the hotel also had its own iguana tour, which was a must-see. Additionally, the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The breakfast options at the hotel's restaurant were a bit limited and expensive, with no buffet option available. It would have been nice to have more variety and a more affordable breakfast choice.

I had the most amazing time at the San Ignacio Resort. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like family. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable. The best part was waking up to the sounds of birds and enjoying breakfast on the restaurant balcony overlooking the tree canopy. The location was perfect for exploring the Mayan ruins and other adventures. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.

Free breakfast and strong Wi-Fi. Great location, in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. the pool was nice and clean.

The rooms smelled musty and damp. We found hair and stains on the sheets.

Excellent staff, especially Carlos. Balcony with hammock. Dining room overlooks garden and pool. Locally grown food and beef from their ranch. Great guides for Tikal and Barton Creek. Don't miss the Green Iguana Project.

There was nothing I didn't like.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing staff who were very protective of us and made our birthday celebration extra special. The clean rooms, delicious food, and great location near both Guatemala and the downtown area were perfect for our adventure.

We felt incredibly taken care of and had no complaints at all.

The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the town center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The private balcony in our room gave us a nice view of the surrounding jungle and we even spotted some beautiful toucans.

The hotel itself is well-maintained and the rooms are spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and lush grounds. The restaurant offers delicious local cuisine and the outdoor dining area provides an up-close view of various birds and wildlife. The location is convenient, just a short walk to downtown with plenty of shopping and dining options. Don't miss the unforgettable ATM Cave tour.
