We got excellent value for our money at Seaside Villas. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great view from the rooftop terrace. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the ferry and in the heart of downtown. The staff, especially our hostess Heydi, were incredibly accommodating and always available to help.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I had a fantastic time during my recent stay at Seaside Villas. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to nearby restaurants and activities. Located just a quick walk from the water taxi and close to restaurants and shops, this hotel was in the perfect spot for exploring. the clean and comfortable rooms offered fantastic sea views, and the rooftop area with hammocks and a hot tub was ideal for relaxing and watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The living room couches were a bit saggy and in need of replacement, but with some rearranging of the cushions, they were still somewhat comfortable. There were also some issues with the washing machine not working and the water in one of the bathrooms turning brown.

Stayed at this lovely place that had everything I needed - pool, hot tub, and free WiFi! Couldn't ask for more, except maybe a view of the ocean from my balcony. Oh well, at least I got to leave the room for a glimpse!

The view from our apartment at Seaside Villas was absolutely breathtaking. We loved waking up to the stunning ocean scenery every morning. The location was also perfect, with easy access to the water taxi and delicious local food options nearby. The apartment itself was bright and spacious, and we appreciated the comfortable beds in the smaller room. The hot tub on the roof was a lovely addition, and we enjoyed relaxing there and taking in the beautiful view. our stay at Seaside Villas was fantastic and we would highly recommend it.

While our stay at Seaside Villas was mostly enjoyable, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The living room couches were not as comfortable as we would have liked, although they may have been replaced since our visit.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The accommodations were spacious and had a great sea view. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing us with all the information we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the sitting room was nicely decorated. We loved having both beach towels and bath towels provided, as well as ample drinking water. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. We would definitely stay here again.

seaside villas exceeded my expectations during this stay in caye caulker. the location was perfect, overlooking the ocean and right in the middle of town but still quiet. the rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the pool was surrounded by beautiful flowers. the manager, heidi, was kind and helpful.

The whole experience was mind-blowing! The super friendly staff picked us up in a golf cart and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the water taxi and main street. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious and comfy. And oh, the view! We loved relaxing on the rooftop, soaking in the jacuzzi and watching the breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The facilities were top-notch with beach access, an outdoor swimming pool, and even hammocks. The manager was always just a phone call away and provided great service, even on New Year's Day. We had a fabulously chill vacation and can't wait to come back!
