Exceptional staff made our stay unforgettable, particularly the warm service during meals. The rooms felt a bit humid at times, which was uncomfortable. We enjoyed hiking trails that led to stunning birdwatching opportunities.

I found the room humid and uncomfortable, with damp clothing and slippery floors during my 4-night stay. Additionally, the locking system for the doors was concerning. it made me feel uneasy knowing anyone could access the rooms while vacant. I also thought the prices for meals were quite steep, especially considering the quality did not meet my expectations.

If humidity is a concern, request a dehumidifier for your room upon arrival to ensure a more comfortable stay.

Had me a right proper time! The howler monkeys waking me up was a proper laugh, and Misael at the bar was a gem, always on it. Only downside was the dining prices. could be a bit much, innit? Will deffo be back!

Our stay in the Cottage Collection was an absolute dream getaway. The food was out of this world, featuring local ingredients that made each meal a delightful surprise! Plus, the outdoor swimming pool was the perfect oasis after a day of hiking those stunning trails.

I loved the incredible location near the Mayan ruins at Xunantunich, which made it easy to explore ancient history. The rainforest setting offered numerous trails to hike and stunning natural beauty. The staff was exceptionally attentive, often anticipating my needs before I even asked.

The only downside was the humidity in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
