We had an amazing time during our stay at this resort. the staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel like VIP guests. They remembered our preferences and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the rooms were fantastic, with stunning views and all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the delicious tropical juice served at breakfast by the pool. the location of the resort was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

There were a few minor downsides to our stay. We were not warned about sand flies on the beach, which resulted in many uncomfortable bites and ruined some of our photos.

The hotel is close enough to town that a quick cab ride gets you to all the restaurants, and it is located on the white sands of Amergris Caye. The hotel offers multiple on-property restaurants and serves a delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The grounds were beautifully maintained and the pools were a perfect place to relax. The food at the restaurant was absolutely divine, with each dish surpassing my expectations. During our stay at Victoria House, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and attention to detail. We had high expectations, and they were exceeded in every way. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensured that all of our needs were met. The food was top-notch, especially the key lime dessert at the restaurant which became our nightly indulgence. Our room was impeccable and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Despite the weather being windy and the ocean filled with seaweed, the hotel maintained a serene atmosphere. We were also thrilled to find the best pina colada on the entire island at the Victoria House bar. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service, delicious food, and stunning accommodations.

We spent xmas at this hotel and we enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks they offered us upon arrival. the location of the hotel was great because it was close to the main area of the town, but not too close that we could hear all the noise. We also liked that the hotel had a private beach with clear waters and white sand.

We found that the price of the food and drinks were a bit too expensive compared to other places we visited in the area. some of our requests at the front desk took longer than we expected to be resolved.
