The restaurant's food and experiments by the Indian Kitchen Chef were amazing. Excellent preparations. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The early check-in request was accepted without any hassle. Alphonso, the guide, provided great recommendations and assistance throughout the stay. Abhishek at the food exchange restaurant was excellent at his job. Debdas from the housekeeping department was always available. Beautifully done interiors decor. Good vibe with music ambience across the resort. Chill out decks by the pool overlooking rice fields were calming and relaxing. Thoughtfully crafted breakfast buffets. Will definitely visit again.

Great location in a quiet area just off the main road near the beach, with a free shuttle available for guests. Plenty of good restaurants nearby to explore. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice balcony.

The breakfast options lacked variety and the quality was average.

The pool view at Novotel was breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful paddy fields. The breakfast buffet was tasty with various options. Overall I recommend this 5-star hotel for a memorable stay.

I had a fantastic experience at this beachside resort. The Elegance Suite I stayed in was spacious and had a beautiful view of the surrounding paddy fields. The bathroom was cozy and well-designed. The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection, including delicious dosas and waffles. The pool area was clean and provided a fun atmosphere. The resort also offered free shuttles to the nearby beach, making it convenient for beach lovers like me.

The music played in the lobby and Chy Lounge was sometimes too loud, making it difficult to have a personal conversation.

This venue was an absolute luxury experience, exceeding my expectations. the spa and wellness centre offered an outstanding variety of exclusive amenities. the indoor and outdoor swimming pool was beautifully designed, and the sun terrace had comfortable sun loungers for relaxation. The restaurant offered delicious in-room breakfast and poolside snack bar options, and also had an extensive bar/lounge area with a varied selection of drinks. Cons: Although the location was superb, with plenty of eateries nearby and a short cut leading straight to the beach, the leisure/TV room was quite old-fashioned, not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is located in a nice area, very near to the beach, and a little away from the hussle bustle on the main Candolim street. The rooms were clean and had all amenities, although they could have been a bit bigger and more modern. The staff was attentive and helpful, especially Jowella who worked the night shift. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the pool area with its gardens was fantastic.

The walls in the standard rooms were a bit thin, allowing noise from the neighboring rooms to be heard until midnight.
