The staff were super nice and the restaurant was great! Small problems were promptly addressed and the meal was removed from the bill. Spills were taken care of without charge. Breakfast was delicious and served quickly. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended, especially for families.

This hotel is located in a great area where you can easily walk to shops and explore the surroundings. The staff are incredibly friendly and provide excellent customer service. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower. The breakfast served was included and had a variety of options to choose from.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Hotel were incredibly kind and accommodating during our stay. They went above and beyond to create a fun space for our hockey team to gather and even found an alternate area for us to eat supper as a team when the hotel restaurant was closed. The rooms, fitness center, and pool were clean and well-kept, and there were plenty of extra pillows. The hotel also promptly repaired a broken hall light without any fuss. the service we received was second to none.

our stay at holiday inn in london was exceptional. after a disappointing previous stay at another hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the location, cleanliness, and helpful staff at holiday inn. it made our honeymoon even more special.

Elevator too slow.

Great location. Friendly staff. Big, clean, and comfortable suite. Delicious food with gluten-free options. Wonderful waiters/waitresses. Wonderful rooms for gathering and playing cards. Beautiful view. Comfortable mattresses. Awesome desk clerk and accommodating management.

The hotel had a decent location, near some good restaurants. They also offered complementary breakfast and a happy hour event in the evening. the staff was kind enough to help us with directions to some of the local attractions and answer our questions.

Our thanksgiving stay was a bit disappointing. the hotel was old and the room was not as clean as we expected.

Free parking, easily accessible near work place. Comfortable bed, spacious living area. Close to restaurants and shopping.
