The staff was always friendly and eager to help, providing a warm and personal service. The cleanliness and tidiness of the public spaces impressed us, especially the well-organized pool deck. The hotel's location was convenient, with affordable taxis readily available. The efficient check-in and check-out process was a refreshing change from previous experiences. We also appreciated the management's effort to welcome guests personally. The consistent infrastructure and atmosphere across all Novotel hotels gave us a comforting feeling of coming home. Despite some minor drawbacks, such as limited wifi access and spartan room furnishings, we found the Novotel Cotonou to be an excellent value for business travelers in Benin. we highly recommend this hotel for a satisfactory stay.

I recently stayed at Novotel in Cotonou for a few days for a business trip. The hotel had a comfortable king size bed and the room was nicely furnished. The size of the room was perfect for two people. They served breakfast in the room which was a nice touch. The hotel had a large TV and a decent view from the room. The staff were friendly and the variety of food served was impressive. The hotel also had a lovely garden and a nice outdoor area around the pool.

The hotel claimed to be on the beachfront, but there were apartment buildings blocking the view. Additionally, the level of service was lacking, with forgetful staff and a lack of maintenance in the rooms.
