I recently stayed at Hotel Balneario El Raposo for a quick getaway. The staff at the restaurant were incredibly helpful, making sure I had a wonderful dining experience. The entire hotel staff were truly delightful - friendly, cheerful, and always ready to assist. The indoor pool, although not for swimming, provided a unique experience with its bubbles, water jets, and fountains.

On the other hand, the dining experience was not what I expected. the food served was quite basic, lacking creativity and variety.

The hotel's location was ideal, as it allowed me to explore the beautiful region easily, with attractions such as Zafra, Seville, Mérida. While the majority of guests were elderly, the hotel provided a tranquil and intimate atmosphere for couples of any age seeking a relaxing break. I highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic spa facilities, excellent food, and convenient location in the heart of authentic Extremadura.
