Great value for money, with comfortable rooms equipped with all essential amenities and *hot* showers. The hotel's location near the Witches' Market and Plaza San Francisco is fantastic. The staff, especially Alvaro at reception, went above and beyond to ensure a superb stay, allowing early check-in and providing helpful information about the city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in a great area for exploring. The rooms were comfortable and had lovely views of the city. I was impressed by the attention to detail, such as the big and fluffy towels and the amazing showers. The breakfast, with its incredible view, was a great way to start the day.

This hotel is a great value for the price. The rooms may be small, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially the male receptionist who goes out of his way to assist guests. The breakfast offers a variety of options, including eggs, bread, cheese, coffee. The location is fantastic, with the Mercado de brujas and San Francisco plaza within walking distance. this hotel provides basic amenities and is a good choice for a stay in this city.

We had a perfect location, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. the staff at the hotel, especially the reception staff and the hotel taxi driver, were super helpful and friendly. the beds were very comfortable and we had a great view of the street from our room. the shower was outstanding, with hot water and a rain shower. the wifi was also excellent once we figured out which one to use. the hotel had a nice atmosphere and the breakfast was delicious. we highly recommend a stay at this hotel for its convenience and comfort.

Stayed here for xmas and it was great! Breakfast on the rooftop every morning was lovely. Fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs made to order and more. the staff were super friendly and even gave us coca tea to ease into the altitude. the hotel was in a great location, close to markets and shops. It was also easy to find transportation.

The noise from the street was a bit much at times. the wifi in the rooms wasn't very strong, but we were able to use it in the lobby.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, good location, fantastic views, accommodating staff.
