We felt like we were in paradise during our stay at Como. The hotel's design blended perfectly with the lush surroundings, creating a serene and calming atmosphere. The attention to detail, such as the mosquito netting and room sprays, made our nights worry-free. The food was delicious, and we were spoiled for choice with the extensive menu options. The hotel's location, away from the busy center of Ubud, provided a peaceful and tranquil experience. One drawback was the expensive taxi service, which charged double the normal rate. However, this didn't overshadow the amazing stay.

The tour of Mount Batur crater was thrilling, freewheeling down to Sebali. Visiting Elephant Cave and Holy Spring temple was a splash! Lunch at a local restaurant and Taman Ayun temple were the cherry on top. Exploring the market with haggling locals was a feast for the senses.

Beware of the frogs and lizards in the room, they love to party at night! The mini fridge was broken, but who needs cold drinks anyway?

We did have a few minor issues. the walls in our room seemed thin, as we could sometimes hear noise from neighboring rooms.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The serene jungle atmosphere was truly unique and the spacious villas were wonderful. Opening the huge side doors in the morning and overlooking the jungle made me feel so close to nature. The staff was very attentive and made my stay even more memorable. The food at both Uma Cucina and the daily breakfast was delicious and varied. But the highlight of my stay was definitely the spa treatment at Como Shambhala, which provided the ultimate relaxation experience. I can't wait to come back!
