Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city - The view from the windows was absolutely breathtaking! It felt like being on top of the world, with the city sprawling beneath me like a miniature toy set.

We stayed at Plaza and had an amazing experience. the location was perfect for exploring the historic parts of downtown. the staff was incredibly helpful, even providing breakfast at 4:30am when we needed an early start. the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere had a lovely old-time charm. We arrived in the early morning and were accommodated without any issues.

It's simple but satisfying, especially with warm bread and fruit juices. The staff is attentive and friendly, ready to help with any requests. The basic amenities are well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Centrally located, close to restaurants, museums, shopping, and transportation. Great breakfast with homemade breads, baked goods, and cooked-to-order eggs. English-speaking staff was helpful and patient, providing recommendations and ordering taxis.

This hotel has a great old-time atmosphere with traditional wood panelling and excellent carpeting. the staff at Plaza were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the location is perfect too, close to shopping and sights. Definitely excellent value for money!

The location of this hotel is just perfect - situated at one of the corners of Plaza de Armas. Being right in the heart of town, it is impossible to beat in terms of convenience. The rooms facing the church offer a charming view and the spaciousness adds to the overall atmosphere. Despite the old windows, which let in some street noise from the bustling surroundings, the rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast, while basic, is sufficient and offers a good variety of hot and cold food.
