The hotel is new and nice. The staff is super helpful. The breakfast has a wide enough choice for different tastes, including good tomatoes and strawberries. The spa zone is superb and the roof cafe is amazing.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel with a unique Sarajevo spirit. The beautifully designed interior, inspired by the Sarajevo Olympics, created a truly special atmosphere. The comfortable bed ensured a great night's sleep and the breakfast offered a delightful taste of Bosnian cuisine. The cleanliness and professionalism of the staff were also top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent - close to many attractions with easy access to public transportation. the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, featuring many local specialties.

The room lacked basic amenities such as a mini-fridge and kettle. there was only one complimentary bottle of water provided during our entire stay.

Not close to the centre of Sarajevo or the old town, but conveniently located near a tram station. The hotel has a modern vibe, with well-executed decor. The rooms are spacious, especially in the old part of the hotel where there is a large balcony. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The breakfast is a classic self-service style, with a variety of options available.

In the "new part" of the hotel, the rooms are slightly smaller and lack a balcony. There is also a risk of flooding in the bathroom due to poor drainage in the shower.

Special thanks to Mr Adam for his kind gesture of a free upgrade and early check-in. the hotel's design is soothing and stress-relieving, with its calming colors and open areas. the rooms were spacious and the beds cozy and comfortable. We loved the variety of food items available for breakfast, and the presence of a bidet added a nice touch. the location was convenient, with a petrol station right next to the hotel, which is perfect for those renting cars in Sarajevo. there is a small mall within walking distance and ample free parking. the WiFi worked well, and overall, our experience was excellent.
