The Hotel Saraj Sarajevo offers excellent value for money. It may have an old-fashioned charm, but that's part of its appeal. The friendly staff ensure a smooth check-in, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. I particularly loved the view of the old city from the terrace. The hotel's central location in a quiet area is perfect for exploring Sarajevo.

The hotel could improve the hot water supply.

My family and I were pleasantly surprised with the excellent location of the hotel. The view from our room was breathtaking, one of the best in the city! The availability of free parking, including a space for my car with a roofbox, was a huge convenience. Additionally, the staff at the reception were able to accommodate our request for a room with four beds, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast had a good variety of items to choose from, although as a vegan, I wish there were more options. Nonetheless, this won't impact many people. The hotel also had a covered and secure garage, which gave us peace of mind about our car.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great rooftop view, friendly and knowledgeable owner, beautiful Serbian and Sarajevo history. The owner made our stay special by sharing interesting facts and stories about the city and its culture. The rooftop view was breathtaking and captured the essence of the city. The location was perfect, close to all the key attractions and landmarks. We loved being able to explore the city easily.

Unfriendly reception staff, insisting on keeping passports. The reception staff was not accommodating when we requested to keep our passports with us.

Enjoyable stay with great amenities and stunning views. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and the location was easily accessible by public transport. the swimming pool and sauna were a fantastic bonus and added to our relaxing stay.

The hotel offered a range of amenities and activities that allowed me to be in direct touch with nature. From guided nature walks to outdoor yoga sessions, there was something for everyone wanting to connect with the natural environment.
