As old people, we loved the spacious vila with a breathtaking view. The staff was warm and friendly, providing excellent service. The wellness center was a great addition, offering relaxation with its sauna and dry rooms.

Limited food options were a drawback.

This hotel is an example of true luxury. From the exclusive amenities to the stunning sun terrace, this venue surpasses all expectations. the Spa Centre offers a wide range of treatments, including full body massages and Turkish baths, which were incredibly relaxing. the private facilities were also exceptional, providing a sense of exclusivity and privacy.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was the service. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, the service itself was not up to the standards of a luxury hotel.

The forest location of the hotel was breathtaking. I loved my comfortable room with a fantastic view. The staff was welcoming and accommodating. Despite the inconsistency of hot water in the shower, I enjoyed my stay! I'll recommend this hotel.

the stay at Forest Resort And Spa Mgallery By Sofitel was beyond expectations. the balcony view of the mountains was breathtaking, while the cleanliness of the bathroom was remarkable. the smart TV in the room was a great feature for entertainment options. overall, a fantastic experience with excellent amenities and services.

Enjoyed my Christmas stay at a luxurious resort in a quiet and safe rural setting. the hotel had excellent facilities and was well-equipped, featuring stylish furniture and modern rooms with high-quality amenities. Loved the panoramic view from my spacious balcony and the fact that the hotel was located in an ideal place for outdoor activities.

There were a few issues that detracted from my overall experience. the service staff seemed to lack experience, and there were instances where the rooming staff entered the room even when the keycards indicated guests were still present.
