The location of this hotel is amazing! It is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around the city. Additionally, it is in front of a metro station, allowing for simple and quick transportation. For nature lovers, it is close to the beautiful Ibirapuera Park, perfect for a relaxing stroll. The rooms offer great views of the city, and the staff is friendly and professional.

One downside is that the rooms can get chilly, as there is no central heating system.

Vinicius and Roberta were amazing and super professional. the location of the hotel is amazing! Near the train station you’ll be taking the train, there is a cab point in front of the hotel, and all my uber drivers knew of the location of the hotel. Very close to ibirapuera mall and park too. the rooms have a great view of the city, and the rooftop pool is beautiful! Didn’t use but want to return to use it! There was hand sanitizer available throughout the entire hotel and it was very clear that they were taking safety measures to ensure guests and staff were safe.

The location is unbeatable, with a subway station just a few steps away. the rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and great views of the surrounding area. the breakfast spread is quite satisfactory with a good selection of items to choose from.

Hand sanitizer was readily available throughout the entire hotel, ensuring the safety of guests and staff. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions like Ibirapuera Park. The rooms offered a great view of the city, and the rooftop pool was stunning. Even though I didn't use it during my stay, I will definitely be returning to enjoy it. The highlight of my experience was the delicious breakfast package that was delivered daily. It included a variety of tasty items from a local bakery, though I do wish they had included regular coffee instead of just instant coffee.

Additionally, the bed could have been more comfortable.
