The location in an area undergoing refurbishment was great, as it provided a beautiful backdrop for our stay. The restaurant, Palm Court, served delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast, and the staff there were very attentive. The service throughout the hotel was top-notch, from the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the efficient room service and housekeeping. The spa and wellness center were a highlight of our stay, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage facilities. We also appreciated the onsite parking and the 24-hour reception, which ensured that all our needs were taken care of. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel staff were helpful. Special mention to Karen, the supervisor on reception, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The spa facilities were also beautiful and worth a visit.

The location was also convenient, as it was close to the restaurant and allowed for easy transportation to nearby cities like Chester and Wrexham.

The staff were really nice and set up a table for us near the TV so we could watch the Liverpool match during our evening meal. The pool was amazing and my daughter loved it. We would definitely go again.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The beautiful room had everything I needed and was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was ideal, as it allowed me to easily visit downtown Chester and access the motorway for venturing to other destinations. The facilities, such as the restaurant, were fantastic. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning and had a memorable dinner in the elegant Palm Court restaurant, where the lovely surroundings and gentle piano playing in the background created a wonderful atmosphere.
