We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The best aspects were the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and the location near everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great. We couldn't fault anything about our stay.

One of the highlights of our stay at B&B Hotels was the helpful Bell Guy who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best room possible. Despite initially being assigned a disappointing room, he took the initiative to find us a higher floor with a beautiful water view. This small gesture made a big difference to our experience. The location was excellent and breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and the effort of the Bell Guy.

The hotel is in a great location, just a road block back from the beach. Although we were initially placed in Tower 1, the staff was reluctant to let us leave and offered us new rooms in Tower 2. The rooms in Tower 2 were much cleaner and more comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for our family. The hotel is also very close to the beach, making it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand.

The wifi connection in the hotel was extremely temperamental, constantly turning on and off.

Amazing staff, spacious and clean rooms, great location, walking distance to both beaches, friendly and helpful breakfast staff.

As bike riders, we loved the central location of the hotel between Ipanema and Copacabana. The Arpoador part of Ipanema beach, just a short walk away, offered great swimming opportunities and a beautiful sunset view. The staff at the hotel were friendly, helpful, and efficient. They spoke English well and were always ready to assist us with any queries or requests.

We felt very welcome during our stay at the hotel, and we have no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many aspects. the location is superb, being close to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. It was the perfect base for exploring Rio de Janeiro. Secondly, the staff were fantastic - friendly, courteous, and able to communicate in English. They were always ready to assist with any needs or inquiries. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, such as free WIFI and a nice bathroom.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the complimentary hot cocoa and cookies in the lobby. the hotel's location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions and I was pleased to find a convenience store just a few blocks away. the room had a comfortable bed and I enjoyed the view from my balcony.

The room seemed dated and in need of updating. the air conditioning was loud and had trouble keeping the room cool.
