Check-in process could use an extra staff member for efficiency!!! The AC issues and multiple room changes were frustrating!!! Maintenance needs attention on security latches and fridge cleanliness!!! Housekeeping could improve organization and standards!!!

Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. A variety of dining options nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was clean, thanks to a memorable housekeeper. However, the breakfast could use more variety and some renovations were noticeable.

Request fresh towels before check-in to ensure you have them upon arrival, as sometimes they might not be readily available.

We enjoyed a fantastic location just 5 minutes from Ipanema beach and a vibrant nightlife scene nearby. The breakfast was also impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to fuel our days out. The staff was friendly and responsive to our needs, ensuring a pleasant stay.

We had an amazing time during our stay! the staff went above and beyond to help us, especially Regina who made us feel like family. every morning, we would enjoy a good breakfast served with a cheerful smile which made each day special!

Lots of cool local eateries nearby. the staff is super chill and really friendly, big shoutout to louis at the front desk for the awesome recs! breakfast was surprisingly good too, plenty of options to pick from, loved it! i slept like a baby in my comfy room, it had a nice vibe. great value for the price, definitely worth it!
