The hotel is conveniently located near a beautiful park where guests can spot wildlife like capybara and macaws. It is also close to a mall and a shopping center, making it easy for guests to shop and explore. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with attentive service from the staff. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, and guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the sunrise and sunset from their rooms.

The service in the restaurant for dinner was a bit slow, taking almost half an hour to receive drinks on the first night.

This hotel is a luxurious haven that exceeded all our expectations. the outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and heated swimming pool were perfect for relaxing after exploring the nearby parks. the exclusive amenities were a treat, especially the private facilities in our room which included a spa bath and a balcony with views of the beautiful garden. the breakfast each morning was exceptional, with a great variety of options to suit all tastes. the location was also a plus, as it was close to shopping centers and restaurants.

The only minor issue we encountered was that the bar/lounge area could have had a better selection of cocktails. this did not detract from our overall experience as the restaurant had a great selection of drinks to choose from, including local wines and beers.

The hotel provided a free and reliable Wi-Fi connection and clean, comfortable rooms. the breakfast buffet was rich and diverse, providing a variety of options to satisfy different palates. the location was convenient for business travelers, with easy access to the city center and local attractions.

The hotel’s water bottles in-room mini-fridges were not complimentary, and the restaurant service was slow at dinner time.
