We had a great stay at a hotel in Sao Paulo. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the manager who spoke English. They even ironed our clothes in just 15 minutes! The room was nice, with a comfortable sitting area and good hot water. The location was central and convenient, with two shopping malls nearby. The breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the omelets. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the business district and the nearest mall. It was so convenient to have a really nice mall just a short walk away. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, and 24-hour housekeeping available. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The in-room safe provided added security for my belongings. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The breakfast here was pretty decent and got me ready for the day ahead. the location was also great as it was near the offices I was visiting and other nearby attractions.

The wifi wasn't that great and it was difficult to get any work done in the room. I also found the rooms to be a bit dated and not as comfortable as I would have hoped.

Comfortable rooms with a small balcony for city views. Fair price for quality/service ratio. Would consider staying again with slight upgrades needed.
