I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service I received at Mercure. The staff, especially Giuseppe and Maria, went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel is clean, with spacious rooms and a breathtaking view of the sea. The breakfast had a lot of delicious options, and I enjoyed the caffè macchiato and cappuccino. The location is perfect, just minutes away from the beach, promenade, bars, shops. Bikes were even available for exploring the area. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like noisy streets and a complicated air conditioning control, I still highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful experience and will definitely consider returning in the future.

The staff was welcoming and always ready to help. the breakfast had plenty of choices, including delicious coffee. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to bars, shops, restaurants, and the beach just minutes away.

The room was not very tidy, and the bathroom had some mold in the shower. the air conditioning did not work well, and the noise and light outside made it hard to sleep comfortably at night.
