The hotel could benefit from better language skills among the staff. Some struggled with English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the inability to switch off the air conditioning with a remote control and the occasional issue with the WiFi, I still highly recommend Faro Hotel for a pleasant stay in Sao Jose dos Campos. I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again.
