The hotel is situated in a scenic location with breathtaking views from the rooms, especially on the higher floors. The spacious rooms and delightful service provided by the staff, such as Luis and Bruna, make for a pleasant stay. The buffet in the dining hall offers a variety of delicious options with the dessert table being a particular highlight. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of all-inclusive amenities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a game room, and a beautiful garden.

There are certain areas of the hotel that require attention, such as the small heated pool which is not suitable for cold rainy days.

The spacious rooms with breathtaking views were the best aspects of my stay. The helpful staff was always there to cater to our needs. The location allowed for peace and quiet with a serene environment that we appreciated.

The upkeep of the indoor pool was poor, and the foosball and pool tables needed fixing. The poorly maintained small heated pool left us with nowhere to relax on cold rainy days. The lack of organization showed bad management skills, which led to us having less towels than guests in our room on two occasions.

The luxurious amenities provided here catered to our every need, including a relaxing Spa & wellness centre, beautiful garden area, and refreshing outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. The exceptional entertainment offered made it difficult to leave the venue!

The room's private facilities fell short of our equally luxurious expectations. The lack of a rooftop pool was a minor issue, but the views from our spacious and exclusive room made up for it.
