The team at Fasano really knows how to make you feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and exceptional service. The attention to detail in the design of the hotel is apparent, creating an atmosphere of tranquility and sophistication. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were well-appointed. The food at the hotel was outstanding, leaving us craving more. Despite a minor issue with the brightness of the elevators and main entrance, our stay was truly perfect. I highly recommend this charming haven for a memorable stay.

My new year stay was amazing! The staff were welcoming and attentive. The location was perfect, close to attractions and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a highlight of my stay, offering a variety of delicious food options. I enjoyed the gym and the pool, which were well maintained.

The lighting in the elevators and main entrance was a little dim, making it difficult to see floor buttons or identify the location of the exit. The attached restaurant was quite expensive and the food wasn't as great compared to other local bistros.

The staff was dedicated to ensuring every guest's needs were met, and the restaurant provided a delectable continental breakfast. The room was equipped with high-end furnishings, a comfortable bed, and access to private facilities. The venue was centrally located near many attractions, making it the perfect home base for exploration.

The only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment, but it was not a significant concern. this hotel exceeded my expectations and provided a truly luxurious and memorable experience.
