Absolutely loved my stay! ! So inviting and clean, such a welcoming atmosphere.

the breakfast employees were outstanding and very attentive to guests. the pull out trundle needs a thicker blanket.

the front desk staff must’ve been trained in rudeness, as my late checkout request was met with shortness. also, the mold in my room would’ve made a horror movie scene. i expected a room upgrade due to the mess, but alas, i received nothing. shame, as i almost woudl ve been happy with my stay—just couldn’t.

I stayed in a King Room with Sofa Bed for one night. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable experience. However, I encountered a rude front desk staff member when I requested a late checkout, which disrupted my plans. Great for quick stays but ensure communication is clear with hotel staff.

I visited for a family trip and appreciated the spacious room with two beds and a couch. The breakfast provided a good variety that everyone enjoyed, helping to kickstart our busy days exploring nearby attractions like Munn Park and Hollis Garden. However, I did encounter an issue when I called for housekeeping, as cleaning was only available by request. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a good base for sightseeing.

Consider using the modern fitness center for a great workout and try out the refreshing infused water in the lobby for a nice thirst-quencher.

i had a lovely overnight stay that exceeded my expectations. the room was spacious and very clean, with a wonderfully large desk and a cozy pullout couch. breakfast was a fantastic spread, featuring fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, and waffles, making it a perfect start to my day.

the air conditioning could have been colder.

I had an epic culinary adventure at Springhill Suites! The hot breakfast was delicious, with homemade soup that warmed my soul. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond, especially the housekeeping team who were stellar.

Had a lovely one-night stay in a spacious double suite! The shower was heavenly with luxe body wash, and I adored having everything needed without bringing my own. Location is fab—close to eateries!

But honestly, where were the drawers? I could have used a suitcase as a dresser! And low water pressure in the sink had me wondering if I'd entered a drought zone.

What a comfy spot! The double suite was spacious, and brekkie was lekker—enough to feed a hungry soul before hitting the sights. Plus, the staff were on point, very friendly and helpful!

But I must say, the AC in the room could've been a bit cooler, næ.

The location is fab! The room was spacious, and the bathroom large enough for a dance party. Plus, we caught fireworks from the pool—definitely a win!

But housekeeping was by request only. I thought it was 'make your own bed' time! And those poolside lights were basically a spotlight for nocturnal swim auditions!

i had a really great stay at springhill suites. the front desk staff was super nice and welcoming. my room was spacious and clean with a comfy vibe! they have a good variety of breakfast options and the gym is well-equipped for a workout. also, location is perfect for exploring the area.

but they need to improve on their breakfast hours and seriously, the pool closing time was confusing and should've been clearer!
