Great Family-Friendly Atmosphere

During my recent stay at a hotel in Agadir, I was pleasantly surprised by the family-friendly atmosphere. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make sure my son felt welcome and included throughout our vacation. They always made an effort to interact with him, which made our holiday extra special. The hotel itself was fantastic - clean rooms, varied and delicious food options, and a modern design that we loved. The location was also convenient, allowing us to explore the area easily. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

We had a fantastic time staying at this beautiful hotel! the water slides and dance parties for the kids were a big hit, and the staff were friendly and kind to our little ones. the breakfast was delicious and the location couldn't be better, just a short walk to the beach. the hotel grounds were stunning, with a garden, tennis court, basketball court, and playground for the kids. the manager even sent us a thoughtful gesture to make up for a minor issue we had.

Two complimentary drinks were offered upon arrival and the hotel's location was convenient, near the beach and close to restaurants. the view from the balcony was enjoyable.

The food was repetitive, tasteless, and not worth the all-inclusive fee. the room was poorly maintained, with a bad smell and broken appliances.

I also enjoyed the view from the garden, which had wonderful facilities for both kids and adults. the location of the hotel, with a nearby minimarket across the street, was very convenient.

there was no air conditioning in the room, and attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. This made the room uncomfortably cold.

Centrally located near marina and shopping area. Beach is a short walk away. Hotel offers designated sunbathing area with sun loungers and parasol. Fantastic facilities including pools and slides. Buffet breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. Staff are kind, energetic, and helpful, offering various activities and entertainment during the day and night.

The hotel's location near the beach allowed us easy access to the beautiful shoreline. From the balcony, we had a stunning view of the pool, the hill, and the sea. The cleanliness of the hotel, from the pool and tennis courts to everything throughout, was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met.

As a young holiday-goer, my experience at this hotel was quite positive. the location was great as it was just a short walk from the beach and close to some trendy nightclubs and shisha bars. the rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast offered a decent range of hot and cold food, although it would have been nice to have more fresh fruit options. the staff provided efficient and unobtrusive security, making us feel safe throughout our stay. However, the evening entertainment in the entrance hall was quite loud, which could be off-putting for some guests.

We had a great stay at this luxurious and comfortable 4-star hotel. The location was perfect for us, with the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel had a beautiful green area and even a tennis court and table tennis, which we enjoyed playing during our stay. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a variety of choices including cereal, continental dishes, and cooked options. We also appreciated the designated sunbathing area on the beach, complete with sun loungers and parasol, which provided a safe and relaxing place to enjoy the sun and sea.

We had a fantastic stay at Kenzi Europa hotel in Agadir. The staff, especially Malika, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Malika took care of everything, from room decorations to arranging a special anniversary cake. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the beach and various restaurants. The rooms, though not overly luxurious, were well-maintained and provided a peaceful atmosphere. We were impressed by the view from our room, overlooking the pool and the beautiful sea. we had a wonderful time thanks to the attentive staff and great location.

Hard to think of anything negative, but the reception staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. It would have been nice to be offered a cup of tea or a seat during the check-in process.

The staff, including Hakima the manager, were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel premises were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely pool and garden area. The rooms were comfortable, with great WiFi. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to helpful porters and diligent security staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, and transportation options are easily accessible. we had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend Kenzi to our friends and family.

The room was spacious and clean with a safe and fridge. I enjoyed the beautiful view from the 6th floor. The food was fresh and I loved the variety of salads and vegetables. The hotel had plenty of sunbeds and the entertainment at night was great, especially for children. The staff were pleasant and the reception was helpful when we had requests. The hotel also had its own beach area, just a short walk away. I would recommend this hotel.
