Spacious rooms, helpful staff, lovely hotel with good shower facilities and a fridge in the room. Buffet dinner was excellent, and the hotel is conveniently close to Heathrow Airport.

The hotel is located in a perfect location, being so close to the airport and also not far from the city centre. It's right on the flight path for Heathrow and near trains and tubes, which makes traveling much more comfortable. The room had excellent facilities and was cleaned to perfection. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of dishes to choose from. The bathroom was well-sized, and the view was fantastic, with plenty of greenery.

Sadly, the administration of some aspects of the hotel was somewhat lacking, leading to some issues during my stay.
