Friendly staff, modern and cosy ambiance. Abundant breakfast. Helpful receptionist, especially for Italian speakers. Pool available. Comfy rooms with huge showers and beds. Adjacent to a fantastic shopping center. Large rooms with beautiful views of the mangrove and sea. Convenient location for reaching various attractions. Good Wi-Fi and pool area. However, there are some concerns about hotel management.

The room at Luzeiros was exceptionally well-fitted and comfortable. The lobby area had a nice atmosphere, and the Wi-Fi was excellent. The breakfast spread was perfect. The view from our room was great, and we enjoyed the short walk to the amazing RioMar mall. The bellboys and some restaurant staff were friendly and responsive. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was fantastic, with a big shopping center just a stone's throw away. The rooms were spacious and the bathrooms were huge, with a fantastic shower. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel offered a delicious and abundant breakfast, which was a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the Italian-speaking receptionist. The pool was a great place to relax and take a swim. I had a wonderful experience here.

I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

The breakfast was abundant, and the pool was great for a refreshing swim after a day out exploring. the location was perfect, right next to a large shopping center and easy access to transportation. the bed was also comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep.

There were several negative aspects that made our romantic escape less enjoyable. the room was not cleaned unless we put a sign outside the door.
