The hotel is in a fantastic location, right opposite the West Quay shopping centre, making it convenient for shopping and dining options. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a pleasant vibe throughout. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially towards our puppy, Nancy. We were also happy with the overnight parking rate of £5.

The price of the cocktails at the bar was quite expensive, considering the small size of the drinks and the lengthy wait to be served.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs, as it was right next to everything we could need and had friendly staff. The room was spotlessly clean and offered great facilities, including a comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast had plenty of choice and the cooked English breakfast items were delicious. the hotel had a trendy and relaxed feel, making our stay enjoyable.

Although the room lacked hanging space for more than a night, this was not a major issue for us.
