I had an enjoyable stay recently. The location was perfect, right across the street from the famous beach. Upon check-in, I was greeted with champagne and a soccer ball for my child, which was a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious. I loved the rooftop pool, especially at sunset. My spouse and I dined at the restaurant, and the steak was excellent. This was a very rewarding experience for us as a couple sharing life's moments together.

I was disappointed that the swimming pool was just a small plunge pool rather than something larger. The extra charges for Nespresso capsules and lack of complimentary tea and coffee felt rather cheap for a supposed five-star hotel. Additionally, the noise from the staff area next to my room was quite disruptive, making it hard to relax.

Cozy room, fantastic view, with a rooftop pool that offers amazing vistas of Sugarloaf Mountain and a prime location just a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station.

Nestled at the end of Copacabana, this hotel boasts a spacious room with an amazing view of Sugar Loaf and the beach. Staff service is outstanding, making check-in and out effortless. While the breakfast spread is delicious, the noise from the hallway was somewhat bothersome at night. Nonetheless, it’s a fantastic place for exploring Rio.

The spacious room was perfect for our family, and we were welcomed with a refreshing glass of champagne upon arrival. The breakfast spread was second to none, packed with fresh fruits and different juices. Plus, our large breed dog felt right at home too!

My kids wished the pool were bigger.

Spent 4 nights here and loved every moment! The food at the restaurant was really good, especially breakfast with tons of options. Only wish the Wi-Fi was better in our room. Awesome views from the rooftop pool too!

The staff genuinely go above and beyond, ensuring a personalized experience. On a less favorable note, my room faced some noise disturbances, which impacted my restful moments, and the air conditioning could have been more efficient. Complimentary tea and coffee would have added a nice touch, especially given the hotel's luxurious setting.

Had an incredible time at this hotel. The moment we arrived, the staff was super helpful, especially Gabriel at check-in—fast and very friendly. Enjoyed chilling at the rooftop pool with some of the best drinks I've ever had. They even served us fruit cups on the beach. Really made the experience special.

It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, totally worth it.

A Good Stay with Room for Improvement

I enjoyed the spacious executive room with an ocean view. Breakfast was well-organized and hearty, but be mindful of internal noise—early risers may find disturbances. Consider requesting a room away from common areas for a quieter experience.

The location right on Copacabana is perfect. the breakfast spread was impressive and truly a highlight of my stay. Room service was surprisingly tasty, and the staff facilitated all my requests seamlessly.

Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times. it could definitely use an upgrade for better connectivity.

The rooftop bar offers stunning views, and the location made it easy for us to explore nearby markets and restaurants. We especially loved the evening sunsets from the pool area. The hotel even arranged early check-in for us, which was a pleasant surprise!

Felt like they were family, no complaints whatsoever.
