The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and a large supermarket, making it easy for guests to access necessary amenities. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a good level of cleanliness. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options and the service is friendly. Additionally, guests receive complimentary drink tickets, bottles of water, and small treats, adding to the overall positive experience.

The staff at check-in were unhelpful and charged me an extra 30% without explanation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and spacious, with big rooms and all the amenities we could ask for. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. They even arranged the best rooms for us before our arrival. The hotel is conveniently located close to a big shopping mall, supermarket, and it's just a short walk to the subway station which can easily take you to the city center.

The pool was refreshing and a good size, and the gym had everything you needed. the location was ideal as it was close to the main transport links and easy to get around. the staff were friendly and polite which was nice.

The rooms were incredibly expensive and not worth the price tag. Our room was very dated, the air conditioning unit was loud and not very effective.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service at Quality Hotel. The staff allowed us to check in early at no extra cost, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was fresh, clean, and comfortable, and the hotel had good Wi-Fi, which is rare in Brazil. The food, both breakfast and dinner, was excellent and reasonably priced. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
