I had an excellent stay at a great hotel in a perfect location. When my plans changed due to a delayed flight, the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating and changed my reservation without any issues. I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to an executive king room on the executive floor, which was spacious and comfortable. The room had good A/C, a great shower and bath, and plenty of hot water available 24/7. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet throughout the night. I also loved the serene and comfortable atmosphere of the executive lounge on the 4th floor. The fact that the hotel is attached to a shopping mall was a huge convenience, with numerous restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend staying at this property.
