The location of the bungalow was perfect, being just a short 5-7 minute walk to Sonoma Square. It was also situated on the edge of a residential area and the Sonoma biking trail, giving it a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We loved the feeling of having our own little cottage. The amenities provided allowed us to make breakfast both mornings, and the presence of a dishwasher was a great bonus. The staff, particularly Susan and the rest of the team, were amazing and very friendly. The property itself was beautiful, with a stunning main courtyard featuring a fountain and fire pit. Our bungalow had a charming and cozy atmosphere, making our stay all the more enjoyable. We are already planning our next trip back!

Loved the well-maintained and quiet free-standing units. The common ground area with the fireplace was a great spot to relax. The kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. The location was perfect, with an easy walk to the town square and convenient street parking.

There was a little construction going on in front, which was a minor inconvenience. Another downside was the lack of a real front desk or reception area.

The breakfast was nice with great granola. The bed was cozy and the patio was lovely. We had fantastic privacy and the kitchenette was modern and well-equipped. We had a fantastic stay at Bungalows 313! Our purpose was to attend a wedding at The Generals Daughter, which was conveniently within walking distance. The location is perfect, being just a block away from the town square, with shops, restaurants, and historical sights all nearby. The bungalows have their own private patio as well as a shared courtyard with a fire pit and a Bocci court, creating a cozy and charming atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed were also highlights of our stay. The owner, a long-time resident of the area, was incredibly hospitable. We highly recommend this hotel!
