the lobby looks divine, but my room was absurdly old and dreary. quite the shock! i also expected a complimentary snack for my troubles, but alas, nothing. the pool fees were outrageous, and no one bothered to inform me until arrival, leaving me completely aghast.

The hotel is situated just a short walk from Shinagawa Station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring. We loved the spacious room, which was perfect for our family of four, and the nearby Japanese garden offered a fantastic space for our kids to explore. The presence of a 7-Eleven on-site made snack runs super easy, especially when traveling with hungry little ones.

The only downside was that our bathroom had a bit of an odor upon check-in, but staff promptly addressed it.

The uphill walk from the station is a bit excessive after a long day!!! Plus, the self-service check-in felt more like a race than a welcome, which was quite off-putting!!! The swimming pool should definitely open earlier in the season!!!
