As soon as I arrived at this hotel, I was immediately impressed by the luxurious amenities and exclusive facilities. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, making me feel like a valued guest throughout my stay. The spa and wellness center offered a wide range of indulgent treatments, including massages and beauty treatments. The outdoor swimming pool was absolutely stunning and provided a perfect retreat for relaxation. The hotel's location advantages were also evident, with easy access to a beautiful beach and a serene sun terrace.

While my overall experience at this hotel was fantastic, there was one minor issue that I encountered. The internet connection could have been better, as it was occasionally slow and inconsistent.

The hotel is set on a beautiful island with pristine beaches and lots of activities to keep guests entertained. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the food is tasty and diverse. The hotel’s private airport is a plus, making it easy to arrive and depart quickly.

The hotel is quite expensive, and some amenities and services are not up to par with the price point. the language barrier can be an issue for non-Portuguese speakers, as staff members don't speak English.

Great location and easy airport access. Diverse food options from local dishes to beef bourguignon. Nice beach with clean seawater, though not crystal clear. Lifeguards provided for safety. Plenty of enjoyable activities for the whole family.

The location of the resort is quite remote and requires a complicated journey, including a flight to Ilheus and a boat ride to the island, but it is worth the effort. The resort boasts a large area with an 18-hole golf course, tennis courts, and beautiful swimming pools. The beach restaurant serves perfectly cooked local dishes, adding to the overall experience. Party-goers should be aware that parties often happen right near the guest rooms.

The hotel could improve in terms of the variety of TV channels.
