Location is spot on near the Opera House—totally walkable. The breakfast spread was generous, featuring tons of local flavors. Staff here really went above and beyond, super chill and friendly!

Nothing, it is perfect.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay in a spacious room with stunning decor and modern amenities. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Teatro de Amazonas and surrounded by lush greenery, truly a jungle getaway in the midst of the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly, accommodating our needs and providing excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions.

The only downside was that the checkout process felt a bit rushed and chaotic.

I absolutely loved the Superior King Room with its spacious layout and wonderful Nespresso maker. The amazing breakfast offered such a variety, and the pool area was a perfect oasis after a day of exploring. The staff made me feel at home, attending to every need with a smile!

The room was spacious and super comfy, ideal for relaxing. The pool was a perfect escape from the heat, too. Plus, the location was fantastic, just a hop away from the old town's charm.

The checkout process felt like an Olympic event—I nearly broke a sweat! And the Wi-Fi had more drama than my last soap opera—spotty at best!

The waiting time at breakfast was frustratingly long, especially for natural juices. Despite staying for two nights, we were not allowed to use the pool after our day tour, which was very disappointing and unusual compared to other hotels. I also found it inconvenient that there was no place to take a shower before our flight after checking out at 7:30.

My stay was absolutely delightful, as I found it just a few steps away from the vibrant Praca Sao Sebastiao and only a short stroll to the magnificent Amazon Theatre, both perfect spots for soaking in the local culture and charm of the city after a day of walking and exploring. the hotel itself was like a lovely oasis, with attentive staff and a warm atmosphere that made me feel right at home throughout my visit.

The breakfast was a highlight, with local fruits that made my mornings just right.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still worth it for the experience.
