The hotel staff was really amazing, they go an extra mile. The concierge is top notch. The location of the hotel was excellent, just one block from the beach. There were plenty of restaurants, cafes, and bars nearby. Additionally, there was a bakery on the corner and a supermarket on the next block, which made it convenient for us to get our essentials.

They were a little grubby and there were bits missed during the cleaning. We also found the towels to be a bit thin.

The breakfast was nice and tasty. The localisation is very convenient for exploring the beach and nearby shops and restaurants.

They were always available to assist with any requests and provided valuable recommendations for restaurants and tours. The cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided were also noteworthy, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony to enjoy the view. The hotel's location in the Siqueira Campos neighborhood was great, close to Copacabana Beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. The staff was incredible, always smiling and helpful, and they even spoke English.

One downside was that the AC in our room worked poorly, so it was a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, there seemed to be some conflict between the staff, which caused some confusion with our reservations.
