The staff at this hotel were brilliant, especially Xsenia, who went above and beyond to ensure we got a taxi back to the airport in time. the location is great, with a tram stop literally around the corner, making it easy to get around by public transport. the room was comfortable and spacious, with a king-size bed that was very cozy. the breakfast offered a good selection and was good value for money. I also appreciated the proximity to an old cathedral and a green park nearby.

One thing that could be improved at this hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms. It would be beneficial to pay more attention to detail to ensure a spotless environment for guests.

The room was cozy and charming, not like a typical chain hotel. the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spacious, making for a pleasant stay. the complementary beer and water were nice touches that I appreciated as a business traveler.

The pillows were a bit too firm for my liking, but others might find them just right.

Union Hotel provided a perfect location on the 4th floor with a scenic city view. the room was clean, bright, and cozy, featuring a very comfortable bed. the receptionist was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage without any issues.

Safe malfunctioned. No other complaints.
