The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to the city center, which makes it convenient for exploring the restaurants and shops. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious and offers a lovely view of the mountains. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy and luxury experience.

The staff at the reception were not very competent or friendly, as mentioned in one of the reviews.

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a better room at no extra cost. The level of service at Wish was exceptional, from the attentive staff to the delicious food. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality furnishings. The hotel's location was perfect, only a short walk from downtown. Despite a few minor maintenance issues, our stay at Wish Serrano was excellent overall. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pampering and enjoyable experience.

Beautiful Grounds and Great Leisure Area

The resort was absolutely stunning with amazing grounds and a great leisure area. the pool was clean and well-maintained, and the gym was well-equipped. the resort's location was also a plus, it was easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Another thing I loved about this place was the great service offered by the friendly personnel.

I really expected more from our room considering the price we paid. the Premier room we got was only suitable for two people and quite cramped with few storage options.

This hotel was exceptional, fulfilling all our luxurious needs. the Spa & wellness centre was perfect for relaxing, with a great massage and beauty treatment. The heated swimming pool and sauna were fantastic, and the outdoor area with sun loungers provided a beautiful atmosphere. Cons: Check-in and check-out were slow, taking up a bit of our time. while the Spa was fantastic, it would have been better if the Turkish bath was available for our use.
