We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very near the center of the city and right next to all the shopping area. It made exploring Sunny Beach so easy and convenient. The staff was exceptional, with great attitudes and professionalism. They were always polite and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.

Great value for money, spacious and comfortable room, good location near bus station and center, friendly and helpful staff, own water slides near the swimming pool.

Had a great weekend! Loved the complementary water bottles and pool slides! Perfect location close to the beach and lots of shopping. Room was clean and had everything we needed. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

The walls were a bit thin and we could hear some noise from other guests. the breakfast buffet could use some variety and healthier options.

I had a great holiday at a wonderful location with lovely rooms at Best Western Plus. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The only letdown was the broken fridge in my room, which was never fixed. This meant no cold water or milk for my coffee. Additionally, there was only one broken toaster for over 100 guests. Despite this, the overall experience was excellent.

The hotel is in a great location, very near the center of the city and the Bus Station. The rooms are excellent, with spacious bathrooms and large balconies offering beautiful views. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring that guests have everything they need. Room service is provided daily, and the food at the restaurant is delicious with a great selection.

There were some issues with the breakfast seating being missing on some days, causing overcrowding in the morning.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the center of Sunny Beach and had a great experience. The rooms were really nice and fresh, and I was impressed with how well noise insulated they were. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, including the beach and Flower Street. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, and they could communicate in English, which made things easier for us. I especially appreciated the towelman, who was polite and respectful, and we had some nice conversations with him. it was a very pleasant stay at the hotel, and I would highly recommend it.
