The rooms at this hotel are incredibly spacious and well-maintained. the hotel definitely offers a luxurious feel with its stylish design and breathtaking view from the windows. One of the best things about my stay was the convenient location of the hotel. It was centrally located and close to many attractions, making it easy to explore the city.

The TV software definitely needs some updating, as it was a bit difficult to access certain menus. I found that the staff could benefit from additional training.

Spent easter at a hotel in the city center. Easter eggs were included in the complementary breakfast. enjoyed a free Easter brunch with local dishes. the hotel had a great location, close to restaurants and shopping. the room was spacious with a great view of the city.

The hotel needs to improve its soundproofing. Loud music from the neighboring restaurant could be heard until late at night.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional! The exclusive amenities including the full body massage and the sauna made my spa experience unforgettable. The restaurant offered a diverse menu that catered to all tastes and the private facilities were impressive, giving me a sense of complete luxury.

Although my stay was amazing, one minor issue was that the TV would frequently shut off by itself, which was frustrating.

One drawback of our stay was the lack of clarity regarding additional charges for access to spa and pool facilities. While breakfast charges were clearly stated, we were surprised to learn that access to the pool was not included in our reservation.
