Great breakfast and friendly staff, but room cramped.

i thought i could expect some kind of special treatment but alas, my room was cramped and did not have a proper chest of drawers, just sheer disappointment. i nearly considered giving a good review, but the noise was unbearable and i woudl ve been shocked at the lack of a fridge too, seriously?

smarthotel is conveniently located just a short ride from the airport, making it super accessible. check-in was super easy, even late at night! the rooms are bright and minimalistic. You can enjoy free tea and coffee all day. the staff at the breakfast buffet were really friendly and helpful, and I loved the variety of healthy options available.

assist with local attractions and provided a handwritten map that highlighted key spots. The only downside was the mix-up with luggage storage. I didn't appreciate having to leave my bags unsecured in a hallway. Overall, it was a decent stay.

the hotel had a charming 'student house' vibe that I definitely did not pay for. The double room was a total joke with one side smushed against the wall. and to top it off, all credit card info was required upfront—no complimentary drink for me, I guess. I almost wrote a good review but just couldn’t.

Amazing staff, very helpful! Location is super close to the center, making it easy to access shops. Breakfast was tasty with good options, and they even had complimentary coffee available all day at the communal area ☕😊.

Room sizes are painfully cramped, and the limited storage space makes unpacking a nuisance!!! Inadequate housekeeping frequency means you might be stuck with dirty towels!!! Complicated parking arrangements leave little room for convenience!!! Noise insulation problems can disrupt your peace!!!

The location is perfect and the deer tour was unforgettable. I saw the northern lights dancing around me!

It was just a fine choice for a holiday in Tromso with good value. I really liked that they labeled the breakfast foods in English, making it easier for me to choose what to eat. Try to visit early for breakfast to avoid the rush.

The staff were superb, especially Lillian and Flarolina, who helped me navigate around and offered tips on local transport, made me feel like I was in good hands!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess the experience was worth it.

I really enjoyed the comfy bed and the warm heater during my winter stay. The free coffee in the lobby was a nice touch. There’s a cozy lounge where I could unwind after adventuring around. The bathroom was a bit tight, but it didn’t take away from my overall positive experience. 😊
