great stay, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and free tea/coffee/snacks. loved the modern rooms and central location. even better than my previous stay in tromso!

Parking can be difficult.

The hotel was conveniently located near the main street and airport buses, making it easy to get around the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to help with any concerns or questions. The hotel had a self-check-in system, which was convenient and efficient. I appreciated the 24-hour availability of coffee and tea, allowing me to relax in the comfortable seating area at any time.

One downside of my experience was the inconsistency in room sizes. During my first stay, I was given a very small room, which forced me to leave one of my suitcases outside the room.

The breakfast buffet at Smarthotel was extensive and delicious. The staff went above and beyond to help me book a cab to the airport, even though there was some confusion. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel we stayed in had great complementary offerings: free tea and coffee in the lobby and a delicious breakfast in the morning. the hotel was in the perfect spot for exploring the city center and was close to all the restaurants and shops we wanted to visit. Another aspect that we really enjoyed was the comfortable lobby area where we were able to meet other people and have a nice chat.

the rooms were a bit small for two people, and we had trouble unpacking our suitcases comfortably. the lack of gym facilities was a minor disappointment.

They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests I had, making my stay more enjoyable. the en-suite bathroom in my room was perfectly laid out and proportioned, providing me with the comfort and privacy I needed.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I did not enjoy. the first issue was the size and layout of the double room.

The bed was not very comfortable, resulting in a less-than-ideal night's sleep. However, despite this drawback, the hotel offered excellent value for money and was conveniently located, making it a suitable choice for a romantic escape.
