We had a wonderful stay at a luxury mountain resort in Bansko. The staff were warm, welcoming, and dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction. The spa facilities were vast and quiet, with a 12-meter indoor swimming pool. The breakfast buffet offered a large choice and options, and the room was spacious with a king-size bed and two sofas. We enjoyed a great view of the mountains from our private balcony. The location was perfect for hiking or skiing, and there was even an outdoor pool. The spa and entertainment zone, including the kids' play area, were fantastic.

Only one of the jacuzzis was working during the stay, which was insufficient for the number of guests. Additionally, the water in the jacuzzi was not hot enough.
