The location was perfect, in a quiet spot with amazing views of the Lauterbrunnen valley. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and reasonably priced.

We are in awe of the Hotel Alpenrose. It is conveniently located just down the mountain from the train station, making it a perfect base for exploring the beautiful scenic mountains. The rooms are beautifully refurbished, offering comfort and stunning views of the mountains and waterfalls. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The breakfast spread is diverse and delicious, and the dinners are an incredible experience with a variety of flavors and fresh ingredients. We also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, taking in the amazing view.

We had a wonderful stay at Alpenrose Wengen - bringing together tradition and modern comfort. The location was a little walk from the train station, but they offer pick-up service if you have large luggage. This made it convenient for us to visit Jungfraujoch without waking up early to beat the crowds. The hotel is one of the oldest in town and we were impressed with its history. The views from our balcony were breathtaking, and the public areas were cozy and inviting. The dining experience was top-notch, with delicious food and a great selection for breakfast. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We enjoyed relaxing in the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and appreciated the complimentary drinks during happy hour. the location was breathtaking with stunning views of the mountains. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of activities to do nearby, such as skiing, mountain biking, and hiking.

That the room did not have a kettle to make tea or coffee, which would have been a nice touch. the room was a bit small, but it still had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

the plastic mattress protector was uncomfortable and caused me to feel sweaty and overheated during the night. This affected the quality of my sleep and made it difficult to fully rest and recharge.
