I was thrilled with my recent stay at Springhill Suites in Fossil Creek! The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable, and the pillows were just right. The bathroom was large, and the shower was amazing. I loved the fresh smell of the hotel, and everything was impeccably clean. The exercise room had a great variety of equipment, including treadmills, bikes, and weights. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the bar was a nice touch for a nightcap. The staff was friendly and made an effort to remember my name, which made me feel welcomed and appreciated. I had a fantastic experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

While my stay was mostly perfect, I wish the hotel offered a true continental breakfast or a discount for not providing one. Additionally, the thermostat in my room didn't work, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the night.

The value for money was excellent, with a spacious and comfortable room. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly and professional, especially Geneva and Bailey.

The hotel had outstanding facilities, including a bar, pool table, and outside patio area. I loved hanging out with friends and not even needing to leave the hotel. The breakfast was the best part - delicious and with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and made me feel at home.

Secondly, the attention to detail was evident throughout, from the pristine rooms to the modern bathrooms with great showers. Lastly, the staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to rectify any issues, as mentioned by other guests. I particularly appreciated their assistance with incidentals and their resourcefulness in providing forgotten items. The complimentary breakfast was also a fantastic added bonus.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed. the breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, giving us a pleasant stay.

One downside was that they pre-authorized my card for an additional amount, which wasn't communicated beforehand and caused some inconvenience. Another drawback was that the lobby had a strong scent that bothered my sinuses.

This hotel was worth every penny. The room was top-notch and the location was great. The staff treated me like family.
