The Bull Hotel, part of the Sure Hotel Collection, offered great value for money and our room was cozy and comfortable. The hotel's location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the local shops and visit the stunning cathedral. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with a wider selection, such as offering jam for the croissants.

Enjoyed the complementary summer fruits breakfast which was delicious, and the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable. the location was convenient for exploring the town, and the comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep. the hotel had Sky Sports which was perfect for watching live football.

The hotel is located in a very good area, surrounded by pubs and down an Arcade of quaint little shops. It is also in the centre of town, making it convenient for exploring. The rooms are comfortable, with all the necessary amenities such as ironing board, mini bar, safe, and kettle. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast is satisfactory, with a small buffet for pastries, fruit cereals, and yoghurts, along with a hot food selection served by the staff. The hotel also offers secure car parking nearby.

The location was lovely, as it was just across the road from the biggest shopping complex in the center of town. It was never far away from the good restaurants available there, making dining options easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located right next to the Queensgate shopping center and within walking distance of the train station and the Key Theatre. The secure parking provided peace of mind, knowing my vehicle was safe. The staff were polite and the hotel was clean, offering a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, a hair dryer, and free toiletries. the hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable.

Although the staff were friendly, there were some instances where their communication could have been clearer. For example, upon checking in, the receptionist seemed vague and I had a bit of confusion about certain instructions, such as guiding my bike around the exit barrier.
