As a business traveler, I appreciated the well-equipped and stylishly furnished rooms with a small balcony and a beautiful lake and castle view. The staff was exceptional and the dining room ambience was amazing. The breakfast selection was commendable, and the parking facilities were excellent.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with high-quality linens and a monogrammed touch. I especially loved the spacious balcony where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. The breakfast spread was delicious and generous, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had excellent spa facilities, including a sauna and relaxation area, and the outdoor garden and pools were a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the scenery.

The Thanksgiving stay at this hotel was great. the hotel offers an exceptional breakfast with a wide variety of fresh seasonal produce to choose from. the hotel facilities are superb, with a fantastic pool and a wonderful sauna. the hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area with picturesque views of the surrounding area.

The hotel staff could have been more welcoming and friendly. the room did not have an iron or ironing board, which created discomfort during the stay.

I was blown away by the stunning panoramic views of the lake and mountains from the breakfast and dining rooms at Hotel Eden. The location in Spiez is perfect, with a short walk to the waters edge of Lake Thun and a lovely exclusive marina area. The spa area is fantastic, with a range of treatments available, and I enjoyed the use of the outdoor whirlpool. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff provided great service and were very friendly. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend Hotel Eden.
