We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated on a quaint street away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent room service and making us feel right at home. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a luxurious indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. We felt completely relaxed and pampered during our stay.

Fantastic SPA center with hot mineral water pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and steam bath. Large and cozy rooms with a modern yet authentic style. Very clean throughout the hotel. Unexpectedly rich breakfast with a variety of fruits, meat, homemade cakes, and cheeses. Delicious food at the taverna-mehana with reasonable prices. Beautiful yard with mountain views for outdoor relaxation. Short walking distance to the ski lift, with the option of a hotel shuttle. Caring and polite staff who speak English.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tanne for a few nights and had a fantastic experience! The staff was very friendly and the spa facilities were top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the peacefulness of the hotel, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely view. The beautiful garden and delicious breakfast were also highlights of my stay. I highly recommend this hotel!

I recently had a fantastic holiday in Bansko and stayed at a lovely hotel. The first thing that impressed me was the friendly and helpful staff. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived and were always ready to assist with any requests. Another aspect I enjoyed was the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. They were spacious, well-maintained, and provided a cozy atmosphere after a long day of activities.

While my stay was mostly wonderful, there were a few minor downsides. The breakfast could have been more varied, as it became a bit repetitive after a few days.

Enjoyed the Bulgarian atmosphere and the polite receptionists at this romantic getaway. the key location was prime- only a few minutes' walk to the ski lift. the spa center was a great addition that offered relaxation after a busy day on the slopes.

One of the room's near the stairs was too noisy, making it difficult to sleep. the cleaning crew was too loud and went on for one to two hours, making relaxation impossible.
