During my recent stay at Riad Salma De Groot, I was truly impressed with the warm and friendly atmosphere of the hotel. The staff made me feel like part of their family, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They even allowed me to stay until 3 am, waiting for my airport taxi, without charging me for an extra night. This level of genuine hospitality is hard to come by.

Although I stayed for a longer duration, the breakfast served every morning was consistently excellent. However, it would have been nice to have a bit of variety after a few days.

The hotel offered a great variety of breakfast options, with fresh pastries and hot beverages. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that made us feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and landmarks around the area. Another advantage was the friendly staff, who were always ready to help with any questions we had.

We experienced some issues with the electricity during our stay, which caused some discomfort and hassle. the noise from outside could be heard quite easily, which made it difficult to sleep soundly.

Our stay at Riad Salma De Groot was fantastic! We left our luggage at reception while we went on a desert tour and the staff was kind and accommodating. Despite a language barrier, the customer service was excellent and they made an effort to understand us. The manager, Wafi, went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The rooftop views, spacious rooms, and air conditioning added to the charm. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful, and the helpful and friendly personnel made our stay enjoyable. Great location near art galleries, antique shops, and Jemaa El-Fnna market. Amazing quality for the price!

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

This hotel is very close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the old town. The location in the heart of the Medina provides an authentic experience and is just a short distance from the bustling Medina square. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and well taken care of. The basic amenities provided in the rooms, including separate beds and breakfast, add to the overall value for money of this hotel.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory or better.

We had a fantastic stay at this riad in the heart of the Medina. The location was perfect, as we were close to Medina square and not far from the old town. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities, especially the indoor pool and rooftop terrace, were great for relaxation. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. The breakfast provided was delicious, with homemade bread and a variety of options to choose from.

In the heart of the Medina, this hotel is conveniently located close to everything and not far from the old town. The staff was kind and allowed us to leave our luggage at reception. The breakfast offered delicious Moroccan bread made in-house. The triple room was perfectly adequate and the ground floor pool was a lifesaver in the scorching heat.

Wonderful staff, family environment, close to Medina square, value for money, safe tours, nice and helpful staff.

Can't fault anything about it.
