The staff provided excellent service, especially Yannis the manager and Dimitra the massage lady. They were friendly and welcoming, always at our service. The spa facility was top-notch, with a well-managed indoor swimming pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. The massage services were professional and left us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Nothing, it is perfect.

During our xmas stay, we really appreciated the spacious rooms, perfect for families with kids. the location was ideal, just a short walk from the gondola station, restaurants, bars and supermarket. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a spa pool and facilities in the hotel.

The warm food was not served at the right temperature and there was no separate cold buffet for items such as cheese. the bathroom in our room had an unpleasant smell, which made our experience less pleasant.

Great location, just a short walk to the cabin lift and surrounded by various restaurants and shops. Indoor parking available. Rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and clean. We got great value for our money with the big and comfortable room that even had a mini-fridge and sofa. The location near the ski lift and surrounded by restaurants and shops was perfect. The staff treated us like family, offering discounts without us even asking.
