The noise from nearby celebrations during my stay was unbearable!!! Room maintenance could use serious attention, including missing facecloths!!! Check-out process would improve with better communication at the front desk!!!

However, there are notable flaws. Room maintenance seems a bit hit-or-miss. The pool area wasn’t well-kept during my visit, and I experienced loud disturbances during celebrations nearby, which may not be typical but were still disruptive. In terms of the overall room experience, they lack a certain coziness and attention to detail compared to other options at the same price point.

My stay at Babel Siem Reap Guesthouse was truly wonderful. The location is serene, yet conveniently near attractions. I loved the eco-friendly shop that promotes local products and the lush garden area, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation.

The restaurant serves top-notch food and drinks, while the staff is eager to assist with tuk tuk rides around town. Their commitment to sustainability is evident, supporting local communities.

The rooms could lack some comfort features, and there's no fridge for personal drinks. The water pressure in the shower was quite weak, making it a bit frustrating after a long day.

The staff, especially Robear, provided exceptional personalized service, taking us on a breathtaking tour of Angkor Wat and Tonle Sap lake at sunset.

The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and attractions, and the eco-friendly store with refill stations is incredible! The staff are friendly and the food is great, catering to all dietary preferences.

While the restaurant's ambiance is pleasant, the lack of a refrigerator in rooms can be inconvenient. Wi-Fi connectivity was average, which made planning activities a bit challenging.

This place suits me perfectly, offering reliable Wi-Fi, a cozy bar/lounge area, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. I still remember how the staff helped me find a phone charger on my first stay. I highly recommend the delicious mushroom tacos in the restaurant! I'll definitely be back for another city break.
